Press conference Benedek Mansion, 23 March 2016

On 23 March 2016, a press conference took place at Benedek Mansion from Gheorgheni dedicated to presenting the original mural paintings discovered in the historical monument. The event was attended by local mass-media representatives.

Weather conditions have allowed specialists in restoration of murals to restore the east fronton of the building. Also, the porch was rebuilt - on new foundations and columns modelled after the original.

The press conference was organized within the project „Conservation and revitalization of Benedek Mansion in Gheorgheni City”, financed through EEA Grants, Programme PA16/RO12.
